Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Within India We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999 — Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹999 — Flat rate of ₹99
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
Delays ZenBasket is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@zenbasketindia.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
